They are the worst logo company I have worked with and their advertising is misleading. They tell you one price and then add many more to it afterwards claiming the original price quoted was to give you a picture of the logo but if you need files that it can go on shirts or mugs etc, the price doubles. Their concept is generic and lacks creatvitiy. I wasted my money as they could not design anything close to what I needed and refused to give me a refund. run from https://www.thecustomlogos.com/ and especially the project manager who is so hrad to reach and unreliable once they collect your money. No refund was given. Low quality, poor resolution and rushed without thought for the culture of the client.
