Terrible experience. Logo design was good but the website development experience was and continues to be awful. Total lack of transparency about costs from the outset with constant upcharges. Started out at $400 and is now $7,000 with more money being requested. Told on a number of occasions the site they build for me would be taken down for various reasons unless I paid more money. It is difficult to maintain a relationship with this pattern of behavior. Their design of the site was good but loading the content was cumbersome with having to submit the same changes multiple times. My latest experience is being told my site has been taken down because they were notified my site that they developed and hosted was Non-ADA compliant. No details provided as to what exactly is non-compliant given the nature of my private business with no employees or who provided them the notification.
