Ordered the starter pack a few months ago after a friend raved about it, and after an ad appeared in my Facebook feed. LOVE IT! I love that it's eco-friendly, vegan-friendly and doesn't harm waterways. I love the clean smell everything has, without being overpowering. I love that it can get even the toughest, grottiest stains out of my 5yo son's clothing (not to mention it got stains out of my apron that I never thought would come out!). And I love the return-refill-reuse program available. I also received a sample of the stainless pegs (5 pegs) in my starter pack, and once my current pegs have broken (a mix of plastic and wooden pegs) I'll probably buy a pack of those too! On top of that, orders have arrived promptly - even among the hectic Christmas rush - and customer service has been excellent. Very highly recommend.
