The packaging, delivery and service was great but the product did not suit my needs. After a couple of items different items with different stains came out with stains still in place, I was advised the detergent performs best at 40 degrees (warm wash). I also prefer a perfume/scent to my detergent so clothes come out "smelling clean". The very mild scent of the detergent is diluted in the wash and clothes come out without any scent, this may be great for sensitive people but may not suit others.
