This is my first time using The Duct Specialists and I was impressed. I only used them because DJ moved to this company and he's the only HVAC tech that's been able to properly service my systems. From the call center, and constant updates as to what time he'd be arriving, I was impressed with the service. They scheduled me the same day, accommodated my choice of technician, and my time frame. DJ of course did a great job on my systems. Highly recommended!
