My unit has been out 5 months and after the winter storm my panel wasnt pulling enough electricity to warm up the water heater (no hot water for showers). With The Duct specialists they let you make monthly payments since i couldn't pay for everything to get fixed. I also received a free water heater. Everyone i have spoke to that is employed at A1 has been very helpful and very courteous.
