My air conditioning went out in July 2020- I called The Duct specialists and they sent technician Paul out a few hours later. He was great at explaining what happened with my system and all of my options. He didn't try to hard sell me and gave me a great discount too! Victor and his installation team were on time (even in a thunderstorm!) and did a fantastic job! He identified a potential gas leak I didn't know I had and plumber Curtis came and found the problem. Curtis went above and beyond to fix the leak and also brought my water heater up to code. He too gave me a discount on his services. All together, everyone at A#1 was professional, courteous, clean and extremely considerate of my circumstances. I would highly recommend them to anyone and use them again.
