Had our spring service appointment fortunately everything was great. We had an afternoon service appointment scheduled, but we got a call to see if the technician could come earlier. This was perfect for us and it freed up the rest of our day. Samantha was very professional and personable. The weather was horrible; pouring rain all day, but she took it in stride without complaint and got the job done inside and out. She didn’t mind me looking over her shoulder while she was checking out the system which was nice for me to learn something new. She offered some suggestions regarding our system, but there was no hard sales pitch or pressure to buy anything. She was confident in what she needed to do. She did not rush through our service, nor did she waste time getting things done. From my standpoint we could not have received any better service. The Duct Specialists has always been consistent providing exceptional service from start to finish. Today was no exception. Thank you Samantha for your time, service and expertise.
