Patrick, our service tech was friendly, on time and answered our questions. Our unit was original (18 years) old and not preforming as we wanted, .
Guillermo was at our house roughly an hour and 1/2 later. He was professional and able to answer our additional questions on the unit (questions always come up later). He walked us through the install of the new nest thermostats and made sure we had everything setup.
