My heating system went out just at the onset of the deep freeze coming into Texas this week. Called The Duct Specialists Air and they sent Jamal out within a few hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered up the necessary replacement parts. He also discovered one of the issues was an electric breaker malfunctioning and scheduled the electrician to get that fixed the the next morning as well. Ronaldis came this morning and got the breakers replaced and Jamal was back this evening with the replacement parts for the heater and got my system back up and working just in time before the big deep freeze. Jamal and Rondalis were both very friendly and professional and did an excellent job. I appreciate Jamal organizing the electrical fix in addition to repairing the heating system.
