I wanted to give a shout out to The Duct Specialists. They have serviced my home for several years and have always done an amazing job! This week I had my regular bi-annual maintenance on my air conditioner. The technician was Robert Johnson. He did a great job, but he took the time to take photos of some areas of concern with my system. He explained things so thoroughly and helped me to realize I needed to get these parts replaced now, rather than wait for a breakdown this summer when it’s 110 degrees! He then replaced the parts, showed me the old defective parts and then showed me the difference in how the new shiny parts looked. He also explained about a new filter that can be placed directly on the equipment in the attic that will clean the air there and I no longer have to change the filters on the return air vents,
