Samantha was very knowledgeable, professional and eager to keep us informed about her findings during her most recent inspection of our A/C system. Very low sales pressure but high on explaining the couple of minor issues we had so we felt Very comfortable having her address them. So many times with other companies one gets the feeling these annual check ups are nothing more than a sales call opportunity for add ones one does not necessarily need.
