We’ve had AC problems off and on for years now. We called a different company out and with in a few days had to call to The Duct Specialists come fix what the other company didn’t fix. Steve came out and took care of our problem with no problem and then explained why we will continue to have problems due to the age of our unit and how hard it was working. He gave a few quotes on new units and did not pressure us to buy one. He left and a few days later Jeff sent me a text checking on us and seeing if he could get us a good deal on a new AC unit. We talked with him and he was able to give us a great deal. The next day Hugo and Bobby showed up to install our new unit. Both of them were very friendly and knowledge about the unit and gave us great advice about how to keep our unit running at its best ability. The new unit works great. For the first time in years I can actually feel air blowing in our master bedroom. Thanks The Duct Specialists for taking care of us so quickly and efficiently.
