My 13 year old contractor unit had finally had it, Patrick showed me options and financing for a new unit. Terry Robbins and assistant came and replaced it the very next morning and were done by well before dinner time. Cleaned up anything on the floor from opening the attic door, like they were never here, except now can sleep without freezing, and kids can do online school work in their rooms in comfort. This is the second unit I've had them put in, and when the 3rd finally gives way, will surely call them again.
