I was far from an easy customer needing a 40ft ladder and rescheduling my appointment multiple times due our townhomes getting a new roof put on. accommodated me each time. The technicians Sam Andrei and Zach N were especially fantastic. They showed up and were extremely friendly and professional. They were able to get the 40ft ladder up on my unit with no problems and quickly serviced my units. They seem to be running better than ever. I will definitely be using A#1 Air for my annual heating and cooling services in the future.
