Matt. B performed a level 2 ducts cleaning at our house. He was excellent. He showed us our equipment ,explain some stuff to us, and most time a step by step of what he's doing. Most of all, He respect our home. He didn't cut corners. He did a thorough cleaning. He's very good at what he does. I will use The Duct Specialists again all cos of him and Michael. Michael was the guy that came to give us an estimate. He wasn't trying to sell me stuff or push any service to me. He was very nice too and knowledgeable at what he does . Both guys had me sold. I'm thinking of signing up for the family plan. Now this is our first time of using this company. Hopefully they continue to provide the best and honest service they had just perform for us.
