We have been extremely satisfied with The Duct Specialists since our first phone call. Their customer service has been outstanding. We have recommended the company multiple times. It’s been hard to expect everyone to keep being so helpful and nice. However, the last technician stood out even more than all the others. Corey White took the time to listen to what we were telling him, came up with a solution, and made several adjustments to our system. He took the time to show us several features about our fancy thermostat. Turns out there were settings we didn’t know about that were causing most of my issues. We have Corey’s card on the fridge and will request him from now on.
