Our AC system was experiencing problems so we called The Duct Specialists for service. Kevin from Customer Service was incredibly patient and helpful as we worked thru the specifics of the problem and the details of scheduling the repair/replacement unit. Rafael and AB came out to install a new unit and in just a bit over 2 hours we were up and running and haven't missed a beat since. Rafael and AB were not only pleasant and efficient in their work but they also took the time to explain things to us and they insured that we were completely satisfied with the process and transaction. Could not have asked for a better resolution to our AC issues!!
