I don't where to begin. I have been having problems with my AC for awhile. During all of this time I have been a Maintenance Program Member. Each time they would come out, they would quickly diagnose the problem. They stayed until the system was running normally and said if I had any further problems to call them. Well their resolution the problem apparently was an unlikely temporary one because the same problem persisted. We called them again and they came out. This process continued on for several days and weeks. They finally found the root cause of the problem and it has been finally resolved.The Duct Specialists were persistent in their efforts to get our system up and running. They kept coming back and back until we were satisfied. To me this shows how much they care.
