I didn't know what to expect having something major like the heating and a/c unit checked. The technician was very professional, friendly and thorough and he explained everything and offered several options to maintain the unit to avoid major issues in the future. My 83yr old Mother trusted The Duct Specialists Electric and now I understand why.
