I was sent the incorrect order (ordered two masks without valves, but two masks with valves arrived). I emailed on the same day the wrong order arrived to inform them, providing my order number and photos of the incorrect delivery. I never heard a thing back. What a waste of my time and money.
[Update 19/10] as soon as I published this review I sent a follow up email and was contacted immediately with an offer of a free replacement. It shouldn't take a negative trustpilot review and chasing to get to this situation, but I appreciate the offer so I uprated my review from 2 to 3 stars to reflect this.
