Good response when phoning customer services. I got a refund for the Rosi FFP2 masks which are poorly designed and not made in UK as stated by the person l spoke to.l had to pay for the mask l have tried. Also they refused to send me a prepaid return label stating it was a change of mind on my part. It wasn't. Boots do better fitting FFP2 masks for travel
