The FIRST group should be renamed the FRAUD GROUP - conspirating with their parters MERCEDES, WYNDHAM GROUP, EMIRATES AND THE DUBAI LAND DEPARTMENT in defrauding investors of their hard earned money. And their so called brand ambassadors should also be ashamed in promoting such a nefarious company. Invested in one of their projects which was meant to be operational in 2019. Apparently the market is not right for the project to be operational yet. Poor communication and not willing to refund our money. I guess there are many others who would have invested in their grandiose projects without getting any returns. Don’t waste your money in Dubai… all glitz and glamour but no legal framework to protect investors. The DUBAi land department has no powers to protect the investors and hence colluding with such fraudulent companies to rob you. So do your research, invest your money elsewhere.
