They seem like a professional company that built good properties with great rental rentals. But that’s not the case, they sell overpriced properties that will never get you the returns they project. Dubai is a lovely place to invest and get good returns on your investment but not this The First Group, they are a marketing company selling you a dream on the back of what other good developers have done for their clients. I have invested in one property from this dream seller and have been getting 2% returns when was projected to receive 15%-20%. Other developers will get you up to 10%. The First Group will also help you manage your investment and bleed you more for this service- you will find other companies charging half what they charge. So you have been warned don’t fall for the smiles and how helpful they are at picking you up and driving you about… you will pay for all that plus!!!
