I invested more than AED 750k in Avalon Tower with The First Group. The project has faced repeated delays beyond the promised completion before Expo 2020. The contract is heavily one-sided, and I received it long after my initial deposit. TFG has blatantly lied about their projects and investors are left high and dry. Most of their investors are overseas visitors to Dubai who are trapped in their projects which are way above market value, delayed for years with miniscule returns even if operational and unable to sell even at below market rates.
