I have same experience trapped at Airport , next day tour around Dubai, in car the sales rep never talk about budget and pricing, after the tour trapped in a small room and present high returns, pressured to pay advance even I refuse and will pay after 2 days but they say the 100k offer will not be there, before signing they said it is refundable, but after signing the agreement immediately they say if I don't go with the offer then it is non refundable, so I will loose the advance, unless I take the offer, now I am requesting to refund I need to take action if they don't agree. I heard that there is whatsapp group for all victims, and they raised their concern in social media, and their reputation is getting damaged , but they overcome with fake reviews as well, so need to figure out a way to get back the money.
