The worst transaction ever. Scammers of note. My partner and I invested in a property with The First Group and referred a friend who also invested. At the beginning, The First Group promised us that upon referral of an investor, they would give us a commission. Once the transaction was concluded, they told us that we have not signed any agreement for a commission and refused to pay. They have been postponing to launch Ciel for the past two years but continue to threaten us investors that if we default we will lose our property. this transaction was initiated in 2019, until today the launch has not happened even though it was due in 2022. The consultants or portfolio managers are very rude and negative. they talk to you like you owe them and not like you are an investor. They will not entertain the idea of helping you sell the property or refund you. You are stuck with them and all that they have promised you when you invested is not there. The flights and accommodation and the rest is just a fallacy. DO NOT INVEST WITH THE FIRST GROUP IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND!!!!
