We have had a great experience with the staff of First Bus. My mother lost her handbag which First Bus was able to retrieve. My mother was travelling with National Express hence her ticket happened to be in her handbag. A member of staff from First Bus named Mati Rehman was able to hand over the handbag to National Express which was then passed on to us. A huge thank you to Mati for her assistance. We highly appreciate it!
