I purchased an item from these on ebay around the 4/9/20, the item arrived the week later, around the 10 or 11/9. The person who I bought the gitft for did not want it so I sent it back on the 21/9, posted as normal as I've neevr had an item I've sent back go missing & no instructions such as recorded or paid returns was mentioned. I waited approx 2 weeks maybe 3 - neevr heard anyhting despite a promise to contact me when they recieevd the item, I emailed twice I believe, my records show 2 being sent, asking for further updates, no word so I contacted ebay & its been a long winded drawn out fest where I've lost my £30 in reality - so I don't forget how people treat me & you & your company are lairs & cheats.
