Disgusting company practices. After buying hundreds of pounds worth of games from them over a period of 2 months, I was promised reward points. I was sent an email to remind me to cash out the rewards before expiry. When I tried, they said I was a trader because I purchased more than one copy of the same game and cancelled my points. I explained that I purchased extra copies as gifts (taking advantage of deals at the time) and that if I was a trader I would be regularly buying from them, but I do not. No reply. Just ignored. Nice Job!
