Never received my game, ordered it 3 weeks ago. A week after shipping notification; i enquired about it and was told it had been delivered.
Went to the post office who told me they delivered it to the address given. Whic was a different number on my road. Checked that address who claimed they didn't receive it
(I can't prove otherwise)
Customer Service then said it wasn't their responsibility and closed my case.
No credit, replacement or anything.
