I placed an order last month for a Tarkir Collector Boaster Box scheduled to launch tomorrow. Payment was taken at the time of ordering, and today—just one day before the launch—the order was cancelled due to lack of stock. This kind of last-minute cancellation, after holding my prepayment for several weeks, is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company’s reliability and professionalism. There was no proactive communication or effort to manage expectations earlier in the process. I’ve raised a formal complaint and would caution others to be mindful of potential issues when ordering from them.
