The gift was exactly as I had anticipated: a new item, unopened in its original packaging, and promptly dispatched. It was well under competitor pricing and postage was free: I suspect this kit, a self-build model engine, has become something of a collectors' item and firms have inflated prices accordingly.
I had read a very unfavourable review about the company but, on this showing, they have done really well.
