I received a GinBox through the post as a gift. What a wonderful surprise as I love Gin! However on unwrapping the box I discovered that one of the bottles had smashed during transit. I blame excessive force by Parcelforce for this problem as the box was clearly marked as fragile and had plenty of polystyrene chips to protect it.
The GinBox have kindly agreed to send a replacement which I am so happy about as I didn't want to miss out on trying one of their Gin selections.
A big thank you to Gin Box for excellent customer service and responding so quickly.
