I sent a request for immediate shipment to arrive by a certain date. I got a generic response that it will be sent as per procedures. It wasnt until late the following day that i received notice it had been shipped. It arrived a day later than i needed it to. I had even paid the additional expediting fee. I was disappointed that they could have dropped it off early to try and meet my request. They had seen my request, and still decided to not go beyond standard operating procedure.
