We purchased an ex-demo tub as it had everything we needed and came with a two your manufacture warranty. Jonathan was very helpful and responded to all our queries quickly, and most importantly put us under no pressure at all. The installation team where friendly and completed the installation without any both at all. Overall am really happy with my purchase and The Hot Tub Company team were excellent. I would certainly recommend to me friend and family in the future.
