Really upset with Iconic!!I was a huge fan of Iconic, purchasing items every few months! Stopped using any other makeup and switched all my makeup to Iconic. They have let me down with a recent order after showing the makeup to my 15 year old niece, I purchased a gift box for her 16th birthday present and this turned up smashed. The whole prep set glow cracked and leaked throughout, ruined everything inside, Iconic will only offer to send a new prep set glow!! I really dont understand how that's good customer service! The whole point is the boxed giftset, beautiful box sealed with the makeup inside, how can I now give this out as a gift when all items are soaked and ruined! After being a long standing customer spending hundreds of pounds and not replacement or refund. I'm absolutely appalled and feel so let down. Iconic customer service absolutely disgraceful...so I really hope other customers your courier doesn't damage your parcel, because Iconic won't refund or replace!!!
