Bought and paid for a black trench coat however when I received it I was unsure of the colour, it looked like a very dark navy blue but when I looked at the attached tag is said “BLACK” so I kept the coat only to find when I did wear it (daytime) it was in fact navy blue. When I enquired about replacing it with a black trench coat I was told they didn’t have any in stock. Did The Iconic deliberately deceive me by placing a tag which said “BLACK” on the navy blue trench I actually received!!! I have sent them 3 photos of the coat I received and they agree that it is navy blue. This is not “fair trading”.
