Terrible Experience - Highly Unprofessional I had the worst experience with Iconic Australia. They are completely useless when it comes to communication and delivering online orders correctly. I ordered a pair of shoes, and they managed to send the wrong size three times despite multiple attempts to resolve this via chat and phone. It’s nearly impossible to get hold of anyone in their customer service team, and when you do, the service is beyond disappointing. This has been a complete waste of my time, money, and energy. Now I’m asking for a refund, but I’m sure it will take ages to process given their incompetence. Highly unprofessional and unreliable—I would not recommend them to anyone!
