Worst store I have brought from. I had a problem. Told them the problem and then get told exactly what I had told them with. I knew information, on an email. Still had no help. I had to wait ages for a call to be answered too. I then call up to speak about the same issue and they eventually refunded me. Aus post had delivered it somewhere in my building apparently but it was nowhere to be seen. I was being refunded. Grateful. Then the parcel miraculously turns up via a neighbour. I am on hold over 3 phone calls for at least 40 mins today. I wanted to ring and be honest about the situation and pay. I paid but the guy wasn’t very friendly and it actually made me wonder why I had bothered being honest! I then ask for compensation from all the phone calls and stress/time wasted over the past two days and I get told I’ll have an email response. I get one and it is a generic we won’t be offering you compensation. I mean, after all this? First and LAST time buying from this awful company. I wish I hadn’t have been honest now and just kept the parcel after this treatment!
