I ordered a Christmas present in plenty of time. Says it was delivered when it wasn’t. After contacting CEO of couriers please as I couldn’t get in contact with a real human anywhere. The parcel was sent back to the sender (iconic) by ERROR. And has been sitting in limbo for 3 weeks! No one has contacted me or replied back to the MANY emails I have sent. 3 business days until Christmas and my 3yo son won’t have his bike to wake up to. Not happy at all.
I ordered a few other things on the same order and they arrived separately really fast via AUSPOST. But I definitely won’t be ordering again from here.
