Had the worst experience with the iconic. I bought a polo for my husband. He always wears a medium. I only buy items that I can return on the iconic as you never know the sizing or fit. This particular polo stated free returns. When it was too pick, I tried to return it but they said this item could not be returned. It didn’t say it anywhere, not on the invoice, or at checkout. They told me to donate the item instead. I even asked for an exchange but was denied. Been a customer for years and this is how they treat their long term customers and they wouldn’t admit that they made the mistake on their end. I rather buy else where and recommend you all to be careful. I’ve lodged this with fair trading.
