I want to share my experience with The Iconic, one of the biggest online retailers. I recently ordered an expensive glasses,hoping for a high-quality purchase, but unfortunately, I received a faulty item. This was incredibly disappointing, especially since I was about to start my holiday. I immediately contacted customer service, but my experience only worsened. The service was unhelpful and lacked any urgency in addressing my issue. It’s clear that their priority is not the customer, but simply making money. I’m sharing a picture of the faulty product for context. Based on my experience, I urge everyone to be cautious when shopping on this website. Please think twice before trusting them with your order.
