I purchased a knitted jumper from iconic for $120 reduced down from $160. It was washed once on its own on a very gentle cycle with wool wash. It came out looking like this. It's ruined. I never wore it not once
I contact iconic and after two weeks 3 calls and numerous emails they offered me 10% $12... what a joke. They're becoming like any other shonky operator out there.
