Would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered a Christmas gift 12/12 to be delivered to recipient. Estimated delivery was 12/16. Gift has never been delivered. FEDex shows at TN since 12/20 with no updates. Customer service rep denied my request for refund. I cannot file a claim with FEDex b/c delivery is from Ireland. What horrible customer service!! Take my advice & shop elsewhere.
