I purchased two sweaters for Christmas gifts. The quality of the sweaters is spectacular, and the value is amazing. I have seen many sweaters of lesser quality for much more money. We are in Canada and I was a little worried about shipping such a distance. However, the sweaters were shipped promptly and zipped right through customs. I did end up making an exchange-the support I received was prompt, cheerful and clear, and the exchange was painless (including the cost of shipping the return being covered).
