I was very pleased with the service , a few hiccups in the process regarding payment dates not being correct. But after f8nding 9ut today that my u.c deductions have not even been put on my creditors I'm far from happy . That should of been proity stopping those deductions coming out . The lady I have just spoke to has just said my u.c deductions isnt even on my iva , how is this possible when I gave all the information in . So nit only am I paying my iva I'm also having 80.00 a month coming out of my benifits . Not good really .
