I have tried other VLCD in the past and while they work they do not taste anywhere near as nice as the Kee products. I love the porridge, it’s creamy and not sugary at all. Being able to add some veg to my evening meal has been a game changer - I feel like I’ve had a decent sized meal and am not hungry when I go to bed. Absolutely recommend!
