I was a bit disappointed that each bar has only around 15g protein, which is okay if four meals a day are replaced, but not enough to replace one main meal out of two. Also, the delivery information stated that standard deliveries are on weekdays, so I thought it would be okay to go out. Delivery was attempted on the Saturday and the Sunday.
