I read a lot of the reviews. My experience is the same. I cannot contact them. AT ALL. I've sent emails. No response. It's a scam. A sham. DONT BUY FROM THEM. They have, or they post they have all of these really nice coins. It's computer generated. There's NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY SUCK. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE LEGALLY.
